  • There is no charge for the initial inquiry meeting which can be by phone, virtually or in person. The purpose for this meeting is to learn more about your needs and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

    After our conversation—and before any work begins—I’ll review my hourly rate, what time is billable, and how invoicing works.

  • Joy brings many years of experience in organization, advocacy, and confidential financial support. Her background includes teaching, medical billing, and hospital-based roles, which allows her to work comfortably with financial records, billing systems, and health insurance processes and to explain information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

    Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Saint Michael’s College and is a Certified YNAB Coach and a certified Community Health Worker. She also serves on the Supervisory Committee for a Vermont-based credit union and is an active member in good standing with the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) and the Vermont Elder Resource Group (VERG).
